Working out is like any other sport, activity or skill - having good coaching/instruction and advice gets you more proficient with better results in a much shorter period of time than just “doing it yourself.” Realizing this and also not having worked out for a few years, is why I decided to hire Jenn as a personal trainer in November of 2005.

With hindsight, it was an excellent decision! Jenn showed me, and insisted on, correct form for doing a large range of various exercises. She developed customized workout programs and diets for me, gave advice on nutrition and the right food supplements to take, plus was a big motivating factor for me to workout again on a regular basis. I was then able to incorporate working out into my life-style on a consistent basis. Now, I workout at least four days every week, implementing cardio and weights. Thanks Jenn!
