Privacy Policy
Jennifer takes your privacy and confidentiality very seriously. The privacy policy was created to address possible concerns that visitors to the site may have and explain how/what information is gatherd and used.
TELL-A-FRIEND - If a visitor decides to use the online referral service for informing a friend about the WebSite, we ask them for the friends name and address. Jennifer will automatically send the friend a one-time e-mail inviting them to visit the WebSite. This information is only used to send this one-time e-mail.
LOG FILES - IP addresses are used to analyze trends, number of visitors, browser types, operating system and broad demographic information (also called WebSite stats). IP addresses ARE NOT linked to any personally identifiable information.
E-NEWSLETTERS - Jennifer administers a number of different electronic newsletters for the benefit of clients, prospective clients and those interested in heath and fitness. These newsletters are used to update and educate subscribers about various aspects of nutrition, health, fitness etc. If a user wishes to subscribe to the newsletter, Jennifer asks for contact information such as name and e-mail address. At the bottom of each e-mail newsletter are details and instructions on how to unsubscribe at any time.
